10 TH Annual Radar Run Results

             The Lakes Region Snow Mobile Club Annual Radar Runs went off on the best winter day of the year. I can not remember ever having such good weather around the past runs event.  This event is put on with the help of so many people that we want to say Thank you.  January 30, 2005 was another great day for racing, the weather was calm, sunny, and warm and the ice was thick.  This year there were two additional classes started. With the interest of some Vintage Snow Mobile enthusiast we now have a 0-400 CC Vintage class and a 401 CC and over Vintage class. To register for the class your sled must over 25 years old.

 This year we had 140ries that made 391 runs. 33 entries were children under 18. The fastest speed of the day was 109 MPH. by Walter Joy with a 2001 Polaris XCR 800.
